Are all your products 100% natural?
Yes, all our products are 100% natural. We do not use any chemical agents or chemical preservatives in any of our products. This means that we are free from parabens, phthalates, SLS, sulphates, silicones, polysorbates and PEG too.
What Are Shipping Times And Cost ?
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 7 days and international orders in 15 days. In case your shipment is delayed, please write to us at support@morelaherbal.com. Your shipment might get delayed a little. We request your co-operation.

Why To Use Morela Herbal Products? How It Is Different From Others?
Each of our products is the result of extensive research and meticulous formulation. We prioritize using high-quality ingredients in precise quantities to ensure optimal benefits. Many of these ingredients are produced in-house through specialized extraction methods to maximize their effectiveness. For us, cost is a secondary consideration.
Are your products suitable for sensitive hair and for children?
Yes – we believe so. We keep in mind all hair types while making our products and avoid all harmful (or doubtful) chemicals. Most of the key ingredients in the products are natural and are usually found in the kitchen. Kids above 8 years can use Morela products, but patch test is recommended.
Do I have to keep all your products in refrigerator?
No, not all products. Only some products contain perishable ingredients such as yoghurt and hence need to be refrigerated. You can find refrigeration instructions at the back of the product pouch. If you do not see any refrigeration instructions, you can safely keep the product at room temperature.
What Is Your Exchanges, Returns And Refunds Policy?
We do not offer returns on the products as the fresh beauty care products are perishable and have a low shelf life. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before the shipment. It will not be possible to cancel the order after the shipment has been done

It really depends on your genetics and extent of damage. Some people are seeing results in few days and for some it is taking 6-7 months also.
